PC techs: Have you used QuickTech Pro by Ultra-X?

I use Hiren's Boot Disk for many home computers that won't boot, have persistant malware, and other issues. A sales rep from Ultra-X contacted me about QuickTech, a PC diagnostic tool sold on a flash drive for several hundred dollars. It does sound pretty cool and efficient, but I don't know if it's worth the cost or if my basic tools and open source diagnostic programs are all I need.
