Typically, who earns more plumbers, electricians or carpenters?

When you need a plumber you will pay anything because it usually is an emergency unless new construction, an electrician almost as much. No one calls a carpenter at 2 am and says my water heater just blew out. Pay is usually based on experience for carpenters, and the quality of their work shows where plumbing and wiring just has to function and meet code. And a lot has to do with whether you are established on your own, fully insured, or work for someone else. Electricians have to be licensed, some municipalities want all tradesmen either registered or in unions. And you have to compete with foreign laborers who will work for crap wages and live in a garage for the duration of the project.
