How can I put a Heavy Bag in my Apartment?

I feel as though I litterally need a heavy bag in my aprtment but I don't have room for a stand. I wanted to just put a heavy duty eye hook up in my living room so that I could take it down after I was done using it. However, my ceiling is drywall and has many power lines and heating vents, not to mention I have no idea what the studs look like. I live on the top floor so I have access to a crawl space above the ceiling, do you think I could hire a carpenter to reinforce one of the studs strong enough to support a 100 lb. heavy bag and install a eye hook into it? Also if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
