I am 13,weigh183 as of 3 seconds ago,I play football,Me and my mother want to run a marathon and I have lots of places to workout.I have an elliptical,reflex punching thing,punching bag,getting a treadmill,anything else I need ? Oh ya I bench 115 I play Middle Line Backer.There is a local place that I haven't been to but I want to go thanks guys tips ? advice anything ? I'm not really wanting to get into boxing just want mma more with locks,holds,and things like that
