I need recipes for my husband for his work lunch.?

My husband is a carpenter and he works outside a lot. He is getting tired of cold meat sandwich's and peanut butter. I need some good ideas for a lunch that he can take on the go and not have to worry about heating up. Anybody have any good ideas? Please Help!!
