Rumor 2 memory car ring tones help!?

Okay whenever i put my memory card in the computer i transfer music to the file that says MUSIC on the thing that says REMOVABLE DISK: (:J) and then i put the card in my phone, i go to tools. then memory card manager then MUSIC and i hit the corner button so it says options but how do i get it to be a ringtone???
