I Have System tool how do i get rid of it?

I AM ONLY 17 YRS OLD AND DNT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THIS STUFF I KNOW SYSTEM TOOL IS A virus and i dnt know how to get rid of it. i looked on google on how to stop it but none of them work and im terrified its going to break my moms computer....idk what to do please help :(
