What are some of the dynamic aspects of business that will continue to shape our management principles?

I'm really stuck on this, if someone could point me in the right direction, not asking for answers. Not finding much in the book (Principles of Management V1.1 by Mason Carpenter, Talya Bauer, Berrin Erdogan)
