What is the best method to air bags on 63 chev pu?

we have been juicing up our 63 chevy step side and my boyfriend wants to put air bags on it to lowrider style ,but also is desiring to turn it into dumptruck or raising flatbed also. How can we go about this the most efficient and less time consuming as possible
